Seguinot & Associates, P.C. is engaged in the practice of immigration and nationality law.  The firm is located within close proximity to the Washington District Office of the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services, the Executive Office for Immigration Review in Arlington, Virginia, and Board of Immigration Appeals.  Our firm reprents clients from around the world in regard to issues ranging from consular processing to asylum, and/or defense removal.  Our philosophy is to provide quality legal services and individual customer care with personal attention to each and every client matter.  We have built our firm by referrals from other attorneys and recommendations from prior and current clients.

Earlier this week USCIS published additional guidance regarding the Employ American Workers Act (EAWA) for employers wishing to file H-1B petitions on behalf of skilled workers.
Earlier this week, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton indicated that the U.S. may allow an increase in Haitian immigration to the United States, in the wake of the devastation caused by the recent earthquake in that country.
